Books Beyond Borders

Join us in our goal to spread the joy of reading through “Books Beyond Borders.” We are calling on you to connect U.S. donors with South African youth by providing books that inspire, educate, and empower. Your contributions will go directly to high school book clubs in South Africa, fostering literacy and helping to set up school libraries with the learners’ involvement.

We are asking you to provide titles and a short review of the titles you suggest. This is phase one, and we would like you to purchase the titles at a later stage this year. Guided by our motto, “Nothing about them without them,” we ensure that the voices and needs of the youth are central to our efforts. The learners have contributed their favorite titles to the list, so please honor their choices when you donate.
